After all of the testing my family has done throughout reinstalling Windows 7, we can conclude that there is something wrong with the operating system's hard drive. Defragmenting takes over 12 hours to complete and Steam can't download the data for games and eventually crashes. At this point, do we have to either go through another crisis or buy a new drive?
