   I've had this when I upgraded to windows 7 on my old laptop, this is what you do:
   If you have an intel video card (otherwise I can't help you ), you need to go to intel.com and find the 'drivers page' and look for updates. You will be faced with a few installation packages. Install them, restart your PC, and it should work.
