  3. I was on my iPad, let me explain further.
    Here is a loot table that Dinnerbone leaked: https://gist.github.com/Dinnerbone/e1417b4372d8e05c8541
    It comes with the loot, weight (chance of it spawning), a min and a max. This will be used so people can easily configure what chests spawn.

    In a nutshell, Aikar can easily make promotional items spawn in Dungeon chests in 1.9 without a lot of hassle.
