  4. There are tons of free browsers out there. Personally, I prefer Chrome over most browsers, but I know a lot of people who just don't like Chrome, and I get that. Your best bet is to try all the major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, etc.) and choose which one YOU like best. Although I must agree, get away from IE quickly.

  6. one of my favorite features of chrome is that if a webpage freezes (I remember that used to happen a lot on windows, back when I used windows...), only the single tab is frozen, and you can close it easily and continue what you're doing in other tabs. The entire program doesn't freeze... it contains the problem nicely. I'm not sure if other browsers do this now, but Chrome was the first!

  16. Whether your preference is Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, RockMelt or another independently developed browser, I think the one thing we can all agree on is that Internet Explorer is a detriment to the advancement of human civilization and technology.
