so can someone truly "own" something in the wild? let's just say that someone claims ownership and then another player is out mining and happens upon it, are they not allowed to use it?
nobody can truly own something in the wild. I highly doubt anybody will come across this grinder by chance though. Common courtesy is to ask for permission to use what you find, but the rules are clear, nobody owns anything in the wild and if you find it, you may use it.
