1. There is a number for every item in the list (Except stuff like Cupid Arrows, etc) You can choose whatever number you want. 2. There are multiple winners, and a number for every item in the list, as I said. For example, Person 1 says "5000," Person 2 says "10,000" and Person 3 says "100." Then, in my list there might be "Promo 1 - 5,000, Promo 2 - 10,000." This would mean Person 1 and 2 get that specific promo. 3. Probably a couple days after the contest, hopefully less than 24 hours.
