    Egypt: Agricultural
    Lybia: Military
    Algeria: Industrial

  2. Well, you can only really produce one army per turn, and you only have 1 agricultural country supporting 3 armies, not including the one occupying the agri-country. You'd need to reassign either the Academic or Industrial to Agricultural and maybe change the other to Military, then produce either one or two army/ies and invade Libya, and if you have two armies, either Egypt or Algeria.
