This new model of TARDIS can use many types of fuels including fossil fuels, solar power, and a special energy emitted from new Gallifrey Moon. The new TARDIS have offensive abilites such as Modertly Powerful Laser Turrets and Reflective Shields that can occasionally reflect most attacks and release them back as a sonic blast that is about 22% as powerful as the original. There are also new Sonic Screwdrivers referred to as Mark 57. They have ability to overcome there weakness wood and can shoot small basic blasts of energy that can do low levels of damage that can cause minor injuries and can't kill unless set to max power which can only be used 3 times until needed recharge. It takes about a week to 3 weeks or so to recharge enough power to use the max power blast. The new Timelords have decided to be peaceful and to help those in need and are inspired by the actions of The Doctor. They hope to establish allies and to bring peace through out the universe.

Cinnabar successfully creates a permanent link in the Multiverse between Dimension 1 and Dimension 2. Cinnabar then tosses a chest filled to the brim with 3456 blocks of aluminum (atomic symbol Al and number #13) at Q73F-3JS9 to make it more prosperous, free of charge.
Q73F-3JS9 notices large amounts of aluminum coming towards the planet and activates magnetic tractor beam. 1,000 aluminum is recieved. Q73F-3JS9 thanks Cinnabar and wishes to form an alliance with them.
Umm, I guess 2456 blocks of aluminum were lost in transport. Cinnabar accepts the alliance request. By the way, Aluminum is not magnetic.
Q73F-3JS9 sends out a search party to search for lost aluminum. A hijacked transport is found with only 1,500 blocks of aluminum left on it. Q73F-3JS9 tows the transport back into port, and feels that more space pirates are on the run.
