Could be. It's kinda weird. I've been having issues with Utopia lately. Tonight it was smooth as butter, but yesterday I was lagging so bad I could barely move. Both days I've had the issue where it fails to respond when I bring up the server list on MC, and I haven't been able to just double click it to join for the entirety of that time. All the other servers work fine, but not that one. *shrugs*
if you are using the spout client maybe its your build? im using 1199 and ive had no problems with finding the servers.
I'm using the vanilla client, with a few mods, but still. It's probably not actually the server itself that's causing the issues in this case. I'd put my money on a wonky jump in the route to host. Oh, and in my previous post, 'it' referred to the Utopia server. All the SMP1-7 servers have no issues.
