Enraged ghast needs a change

  1. Well, blizzard got changed, for greifing. but why not the enraged ghast in the overworld? He destroys large amounts of terrain, especially since enraged agro on default difficulty now.
    just disable his spawn in the overworld, no one likes him in the overworld.

    ps. fix eyender trash loot.
