I abandoned all but one of my wild bases, I even tore down part of my livestock pen in one of the wild bases I abandoned and yelled at my sheep, pigs and cows to leave, they are free to roam until the townies get their way and reset our wilderness.. Of course the chat said there was no one local, but I know that they heard me.. :)

Most of the constructions I make go with the contours of the area I build.. if what I am trying to make doesn't fit I terraform to make it fit or look for a different spot to build.. <,< It takes a while.. I can show you some of my building from my last outpost in a sec.. I just have to open minecraft to snap them..
