Ejecting Unwanted Thoughts

  1. Hello Empire Minecraft.
    If you have known me for a while, you may have read my messages relating to depression. I have tried different strategies to cope with it, but it returns in under a week.

    Therefore, I came to conclusion to start this thread for help. Although this seems only personal for me, we as a community could help others suffering from such internal conflicts.:)

    Here's an idea to get us started:
    It has been researched that taking notes or writing down your thoughts can help eject them. In a testing scenario, students were found to preform better if they spent 5 to 10 minutes prior to the test writing how they feel.
  2. I actually am not depressed any more. I don't really know why, I just don't have such problems now, it seems. It may come back in November/December though. (Why November/December: Because everything is different with Christmas, Sinterklaas, and all sorts of things that destroy how things normally go. I can't cope really well with changes.)
