Osmeon is based on Osmium, one of the six platinums. It is the densest, and it is toxic when introduced to the bloodstream. Hence Osmeon would be a tanky steel-type eeveelution with the chance to have the ability "Poison Point."

From a competitive view, this would rarely get used unless it's move set was decent. Serene grace, iron head eeveelution would be cool.
