I'm talking about the wild Unless you mean you can't even spawn them from Spawn Eggs in town... None of them are, Endermen and Zombie Pigmen are aggressive mobs.
enderman and zombie pigmen aren't hostile, they are neutral, cause endermen only attack when you look at them, and zombie pigmen only when you attack them.
You need to private message the moderator that banned you (if you can't remember, look here) to appeal your ban.
