   Denied way to many builds around also within 5k of an EMC spawn. To qualify for establishment, your claim needs to be 3k away from all builds and 5k from any EMC spawn. Here is a link on how to establish a base. https://empireminecraft.com/threads/how-to-establishing-your-outpost.46390/
