   Well you should of put this thread in the sub folder. https://empireminecraft.com/forums/establishment-requests-pending.85/
   
   You can ask staff to have it moved there.
   
   Also is this outpost underwater ?

   For further reference, in /map, edit: the 5k can be found that are huge circles of generated chunks(they are obvius in /map
   
   The yellow box is the ressetable area
   
   Edit: i made mistakes and fixed them
