   I would like to claim an outpost in the south frontier on smp4 for the purpose of a water city, which will be known as Blue Tea Gardens, with me as the founder and VictorianFleur as the co-founder. A locked chest is in place under my name. Nothing has been built yet, but we're hoping to do so as soon as possible.
