  1. The Canadian government has unveiled Bill C-51, an anti-terrorism bill that would also include a reduction of civil liberties in order to fight terrorism. This is not a sound policy as seen in other countries such as the USA, and I am asking you to please voice your opinion to the government. Sure, lots of EMC is under 18 years old, but anyone can voice their concerns and opinions to the government.

You can find your local MP using this site.

You can also email the leaders of the three major parties.

    Stephen Harper: Conservatives

    stephen.harper@parl.gc.ca

    Justin Trudeau: Liberals

    justin.trudeau@parl.gc.ca

Thomas Mulcair: NDP (New Democratic Party)

    thomas.mulcair@parl.gc.ca

Your email by itself might not defeat the bill, but lots of them can, so make your voice heard!
