Ok so I'm not sure what to do here as my auction reached its end time 51 minutes before anyone bid. So don't know if I can set a new end time or have to start the auction again?

(disregarding EMC time because it doesn't matter in this case - note though that if no time zone is specified generally EMC time is expected to be used) Just FYI: the bid was at 12:50 your time, while the auction was supposed to end at 23:59 (11:59 PM), so it was well in time.
The second bid at 20:40 (8:40 PM) your time or 14:40 EMC time on December 27 was well after the ending time.
