  8. Sorry to smash dreams but if those coords are correct you're way to close to the the EMC outpost. You need to be 5k blocks away from that outpost and 3k blocks from any other. I suggest going out to -10,000/27500...That's completly black on the map and 3k from any other place. You'd definitely get this spot claimed.

  9. To protect the location of your outpost while undergoing review for establishment, please send carolmoss a PM with the location of your locked chest for the claim.

    Also cleaned up the thread a bit with comments heavily related to it.
