My best suggestion for you would be to use either of the nether fortresses on smp8 that we have spiffied up, but you've stated that using 8 is an issue :/ If you change your mind on that, there's an area in our current waste and a permanent public one in our nether. I'm usually walking around with 30 or 40 levels just from goofing around killing wither skellies, blazes, lava slimes, and pigmen at one of those locations. Luck!
