BUG: Charged Even If Vault Page Not Available

  1. If I type, for example /vault 2 on an account that doesn't have a second page of vault, I get charged 10 rupees even though I never opened the vault.

    I did this by accident, but doesn't seem right to be charged when the vault didn't even open.
