Black Mamba Roller coaster at SMP6 Center frontier spawn. Go through village and to the south at the edge of the protected spawn you cant miss it. Warning ride at your own risk. Take none essential gear and turn off mob bosses in settings.
I took a look at it without riding. 10/10 would recommend (to someone I don't like.) It looks exciting, but that last jump is scary. Good job.
