Ummm. We are talking EMC time stamps. If you look back at the bid times Dylan bid today at 6:59 pm not 7:59 pm. KungFu bid today at 7:25 pm. The auction did not end till 8:00 pm.

The auction was said to end 8PM EMC time which is 2AM for me (local time, 6 hours time difference). KunFu made his bid on 2:25am (my local time). Effectively 25 minutes too late. He couldn't have won.

Yes, he made his bid at 7:25 my time (CST) so KungFu is 25 minutes late on his bid

This is why the rules discourage putting an end time to your auction.
