  8. No. Bows with flame II can be dropped by enraged mobs, and Matthew simply added these other enchants to it.
    (I may be wrong, feel free to correct me)

  9. If you try enhancing a Flame II bow dropped by a mob it just turns back to Flame I.

  10. Sometimes. Sometimes it stays flame 2, and there is a clever trick, but that's for you to find out on your own. :)
