  1. Also, as for limiting who can bid... I believe his stipulations are acceptable and I approve it. Nothing stops you from having an ingame auction and only allow certain people onto your res to bid.

    His requirements are broad enough to let a large set of people bid..

    Now, if people start getting silly and saying "only these 5 people can bid on this topic", then we will enact rules to regulate it and require approval (or just say "classes" are the only thing allowed), but as long as your requirements are sane, its fine.
