  12. This is the 2013 empire, it clearly says it changes shape and colour in the description, independence firework only changes shape :)

  20. No they are not, the 2013 empire firework changes SHAPE and COLOUR on each use as this one, and the independence changed SHAPE and stays red white and blue. This one says it changed colour, therefore it is the 2013 empire firework, they are not both exactly the same, although they were both 4th of July.
