FYI for your next auction, vault vouchers go for 8-12k rupees, so starting it above that (rather than below it) isn't going to get you any nibbles.
First: Thistle is fully right, but you can still salvage your auction if you'd like. You could report your post (click the report link below it) and request that staff lowers the initial bid. That might help. And good luck with the auction!
