Yeah, but it's so a random set of items that should sell for 15k+ and I don't want to risk low exposure and only getting a 1r bid.

Well, thats the point. There is a small chance someone who wants this much ice will bid, and they did. Doing this for other items might not work but packed ice is an extreme because it's so special.

It's a bit rare and traveling to it is annoying. It's also "special" imo because it has the properties of ice and doesn't melt.

11000 is still really cheap! iirc /v +bulk on smp8 buys a dc total of ~20000 rupees (check my math someone)
