  2. I see the first time you got denied. Did you move the outpost or are you just trying to get a different staff member to approve it ?

    But, please use /map ingame and then click the link. There is an obvious building 100blocks away and a village 300 blocks away that has been changed a fair bit. Please read the instructions at the top of this forum. You need to be 3k from anyone else.

    You also need to post it in the subforum, Establishment Requests Pending.
