The rules have been updated recently with the release of the EMC Wiki. Talking about playing TF2 or CubeWorld with other people on the forums is absolutely fine, the only thing you're not allowed to do is post the connection address for everyone to see... Or what the server is called. This thread in it's current state is acceptable as no servers have been advertised.
