In 2012, the North Korean Military was ranked fifth in the world standing at 1,190,000 Men, with 600,000 in reserves. No one thought Germany would take over nearly all of Europe in WW2, and they had about the same military size. Just saying, don't doubt an enemies power.
Russia would be mad if the US attacked North Korea. They aren't big fans of the UK (who they fly bomber planes over) or the US (whom they threaten with, essentially, war). They're not even fans of Denmark, who they threatened to nuke if they joined NATO (may have been the European Union, but whatever). The nearest country to them is South Korea. They might be able to take over there until the United States intervenes. The other country closest to them is China, who have a much bigger population, military and are growing increasingly impatient with N.K, so they wouldn't dare attack China. They're not exactly in a strategically OK position. Any country they attack is likely to call in its allies or just straight up obliterate them. Also, this isn't 1939. You can't launch an attempt to take over the world with a military that size any more.
Russia mad either way. If North Korea decides to invade south, then Russia and America will be involved. And Donald Trump will be our president, and thats when this whole country goes to pot.
So, after a bit of reading... TIL Russia like South Korea more than North Korea (both its people and political leaders think like this).

He could also either grow out the rest of hair, or shave it all off. As it is right now he has the most chavvy hairstyle I've ever seen on a country's leader.
