  19. A partial reason you were perm'd was spamming. It's also not a good reputation to have. If you have a history of spamming (Nfell) and your name is about spamming (All those suggestions) odds are staff members will take harsher action. It doesn't matter that it's a new account, it's still you.

    So all those names have a higher chance of you just getting banned again.
