First of all: welcome to our server! Second... Yes, you can add more people to a residence by providing them with flags, Penguin showed you the link. Basically, if you want to have someone help you build you'd give them the build flag: /res pset <name of player> build true. Replace 'true' with 'remove' to revoke the flag. There are more but for those you really should check that link, we (contrib. team) gave it a massive rehaul lately and I think you'll find what you need. If not: do ask! Warning, warning... I don't like bringing bad news but... Do be careful with who you give flags to. Giving a flag means giving people permission, and that can be good or bad.
