Hey man, I know you're new and I'm sure you don't quite just yet understand the value of rupees and items but for a months work you'd be looking at paying someone in the hundreds of thousands and even close to a million. I know you might think that that might be a slight over exaggeration but it's really not.

If someone is mining for a month say 3 hours a day that is 84 hours. A DC of a wood goes for about 6k. Now I'm sure that you could chop down say 2 DCS of wood per hour? (correct me if I'm wrong) So that is 12,000r per hour, 36,000 per day, and finally 1,008,000 over 28 days.

Like Rhythmicaly said; there is only a minute difference.

Frankly this guy knows the price of things. And that is fair pay.
