    Sorry for criticism but its true: people can /work/ for a non-profit organization and get a paycheck out of it. So: non-profit? Like how exactly? GRIP will do MUCH better!

    My late grandfather founded a non-profit organisation (and ended up killing himself with the stress it put him through... not to scare you away from GRIP or anything :P) IRL. All of the 'volunteers' get paid by the local council :P
