    It's not just hot... it's humid, and the rain is adding to that humidity D: Drink plenty of water, freeze some grapes for eating later, don't go out, and run an AC if you can. If not, have a fan running with a bucket of ice in front of it to circulate cool air. Last, but not least, avoid sports drinks and anything with caffeine; they'll make you more dehydrated! Stay cool! :O

    Temperature in Farenheit is only about 80.2 degrees
    But keep in mind that, since the UK is farther North than America (and other parts of the world use Celsius instead of Farenheit) their temperatures tend to be relatively lower, since the UK is closer to the North Pole than we are. 80 degrees farenheit to them is like 120 degrees farenheit to us, since the British aren't normally used to extreme temps like this.

    (And for those who aren't aware, yes. I *have* experienced 120-degrees farenheit temperatures before where I live. It's not fun. So imagine how these people must feel.)
