I just say rekt when I want to be obnoxious. :P I don't actually use it when I kill someone in PVP or whatever.
K really gets on my nerves, though. People saying K translates in my mind to "What you just said? Yeah, I don't care."
I don't mind rekt that much, however when it's used seriously on a serious situation, I think it's slightly immature. However, when you use it jokingly around friends, then yeah, it's all fun and games. K has to be my least favorite, and as hash said, it basically means "I'm too lazy to read your entire 5 page essay text now so please go away".
I also dislike it when people say predictable things. I have probably done, for I love being a hypocrite.
Example: I rant about people spelling luxurious wrong.
9/10 times, one guy will spell it wrong in the thread on purpose.
omg i love/hate this whole back and forth. k is the worst. I did that "2" the whole internet/texting butchering of the english language is infuriating. However, some things are very convenient and the little smileys help keep people from getting the wrong impression as emotion(or rather the absence of body language) is hard to get across through text. love/hate veils its unruly head.
