I've seen milky way bars in Donald Ducks from 1982 or something like that, but musketeers... Or 3 musketeers I guess, I really don't know what those are.
The UK has Cadbury stuff, Mars bars, Twixes, Crunchies, M&Ms, Kit-Kats, Lion bars and Double Deckers. Oh, and Buenos. Most people eat sweets like Haribos, though. I only really eat Twixes, Crunchies and Lion Bars. I spend most of my time eating Haribos, Jelly babies and Wine gums. Which probably isn't all too wise seeing as I'm tested for diabetes (nan has it, grandad had it) every few years >.>
They're amazing coconut candies with an almond in the middle (though you don't taste the almond under all the choconutty) goodness. The only difference between Almond Joy and Mounds is that Mounds is dark chocolate, so naturally it's 123891324871246% amazing will Almond Joy is only 123781263%.
In the Netherlands we mostly eat "drop". I think there isn't an English word for it, but the most close is liquorice. It's great and there are close to a hundred of different kinds and flavours, and yet people outside of the Netherlands somehow hate it. Weird, because it's pretty important in Dutch industry.
Every country has a 'dish' that people from other countries don't like. For example; American diner food, English fish & chips (which are never owned by people from the UK unless you're in Wales...), and French... everything.
Btw liquourice is disgusting so that's probably why non-Dutch people hate it. I have never known anyone to like anything that tastes remotely like liquourice.
Haha, but that's the thing! Sure, there are people who don't like it, but almost all people here do... :P I should ask people who live near the border.
