Nope. Democracy doesn't exist anymore. And it is way more random. Almost no button input, just random talk about ambulance rides, vacuum cleaners, and French. Also, sometimes it gets pretty inappropiate. Everyone seems to know each other and I've seen people that must spent at least 10 hours a day in that chat :P
The reason that I didn't answer was that the chat seems to have changed. I know you put effort into this, but at the time I posted the original post, there were a few people in it for a few days already. They might have left already though before you tried to make it.
