Hmmm If your using Steam, I would prefer the entire BioShock series (if you haven't played it yet), Last of Us (If thats for PC yet), Or if you want to try something different and have some money to spend, I would recommend StarForge. Although you do need a PC for this as its not for Apple Appliances just yet.
Okay, so I should probably specify some things. Yes, I use Steam, I've played BioShock, and The Last of Us isn't out on PC (I know that it's supposed to be really good, though.) StarForge isn't a bad suggestion, but I probably should have said I'm looking for something with a story, too. I was kind of leaning toward Skyrim, but I'm just looking for other suggestions, too.
Saints Row is actually a good option that I haven't considered yet. And for the record, I'm far too much of a wimp for horror games, so Dead Space is out. I also don't buy EA or Activision games, as I have a seething hatred for both of those companies.
I know of many shorter indie games that I want to play, but I'm really looking for something that I can get into for a long time. Oh, and before anyone suggests Dark Souls, I already have it and will be chipping away at it over the Summer.
That's not going to happen. I've never messed around with recording and video editing, and I'm not funny or interesting enough to keep the video even somewhat watchable.
Skyrim is not a bad choice (endless selection of mods, including some that may as well be full expansions in their own right). Dragon Age (Origins) could last a good long while. I'd suggest Mass Effect (all three, in their entirety) but even with the DLC there are only so many missions to be done.
