The auction end time has passed. You can host a new auction whether the previous auction winner has paid for the goods or not. Also, get staff involved to help finish that auction.

staff are involved, but its been ages since anything was said. im just frustrated at how slow it has been since i cant do auctions but the person who refuses to pay can. seems a bit unfair

You can start a new auction as soon as the ending time of the old one has passed. No need to waut for payment or anything.

One auction at a time means you can’t have to auctions going that people can bid on.. Your current auction is over since no one can bid on it. Which means you can now have a new auction going. The auction is over. You’re just waiting on payment..
