Best of luck with the wisdom teeth removal! I've heard the recovery is a bit painful, but I'm sure it'll all be worth it.

I had all 4 of mine taken out a year and a half ago. I had no pain at all afterwards from the teeth themselves. The only pain I felt was the tingling sensation when the numbing medicine was wearing off. What really sucked was the soft food only diet for the next week. I had a lot of ice cream that week.

I believe my dentist injected a slow releasing pain medication into each tooth hole so I wouldn't feel pain afterwards. I was asleep for the whole thing.

Two of my wisdom teeth were growing sideways and were stuck on surrounding teeth. The other two were growing in straight. I had all 4 removed at once to avoid a second surgery and recovery. They did let me keep the teeth lol. Two of them had to be cut in half.

I will say the whole thing wasn't nearly as bad as people told me it was going to be. I also apologize for the alert spam. I can only fit so much per comment.

i got all four out and it really sucked. it was inconvenient at the time, but now no mouth pain :3
