Simple, rough, calculation: 2000*366*24*7000 = 122,976,000,000, according to the first google results his net worth is 130 billion, i.e. 130,000,000,000, so it's true. The 7000 is of course carefilly chosen to be the closest "nice" number towards going over those 130 billion, which can be seen by calculating it with 7500; that leads to 131.76 billion. :)
