Well, it was textual yelling. Something like a bulletin, I TYPE SENTENCES THAT ARE ARBITRARY, is okay because it makes an announcement, but, overall, it can be less pleasing to look at. Phrasing, too, affects the acceptability as meanings are complex, such as: "We are hunting dogs." It could be an action or a statement and a comma would help narrow down meaning.
