So, before it derped, the screen would constantly flicker a ton of random streaks and colors. I had a feeling the card had gone faulty because the fan on this computer has been shot multiple times, was hoping I had a bit more time to update the computer as planned.
Then in a fluster last Friday I half threw the computer back onto the clothes on my bag in the van, landing it on my fan.

When I picked it up to get on at the motel, I turned it on and got nothing but a lit black screen. Lenovo IdeaPad, probs 2017 or older. (I got it August 2017 for school.) Acting just like a shot graphics card.
Note.. Mom's ThinkPad (idk what year) is flickering after stress Wednesday night. (Thank you derps with the insane hunger for particles. Be more considerate next time.)

This is a laptop right? If so it may not be the GPU. Could potentially be the cable that connects the board and display. When you tossed the computer, its possible you damaged the cable.

Typically in lower end laptops, the CPU and GPU are one unit and are sautered to the motherboard. Without a model number I cant give you more details than that.

I'll start a DM with you once I can get up and get the model number. And the glitching wouldn't be caused by the same thing on mom's computer.... it's not been tossed around yet. (I am concerned about mom's computer because as far as I know, it's the sister computer.)
(it's also got less RAM than mine ever did, or it hates Minecraft more for some reason.)

WitherDoggie FTW. He's such a good guy <3 Newegg is likely your cheapest option if you need to purchase a part for repairs. Keph got me hooked on them.
