If you want to change it, I think a word that you make up yourself could be really neat. Having the name "MoreMoople" means that I'm not really associated with anything specific aside from the stuff that has grown on me over time, such as frogs and waffles :)
I don't think it's childish! But if you do feel like changing it, like moops said, make up a word! That's how I got my alt Kaudernessi. Take an interesting word (like, the scientific name for a cardinalfish is Kauderni) and embellish it, and tada! You've got yourself a new, unique username. =D
I personally think the only childish part of your name is wanting to change it because you think it's childish. :P - I don't think it's childish at all. :)
