Almost to my 7th(?) year on here. It's a really weird feeling, having a (relatively) lengthy history I can look back on. Sure, people could do that with photos and journal entries back in the day but being on the Internet gave way for a rebirth in self.
Identity and personas have been on my mind lately, and I don't think I've had quite of a strong crafted one as I did on EMC, years ago, which is why I'm looking back at it now. I know that there was a difference between penfoldex and IRL me (ooh, look at that old abbreviation), but...
Oh, and just a thought on media studies. It's a fascinating subject, especially with the continual growth in ways media is presented and used, so I would recommend looking into the matter. I just haven't figured out what I want to do with this information. That post-college future is close, so I better figure out how to use what I've learned if I want to capitalize on this investment. :P
