the other, just try to ignore them, and all else fails play pranks of people that are bothering you
I find the second semester of school increasingly harder to drag myself through. Freshman year was especially difficult, and at some points I didn't even want to be around my best friends anymore, or talk (verbally) at all. I'm not sure exactly what you're going through or feeling, but it is important to understand that it will get better. :)
Try some breathing exercises before bed to help you relax. Don't think of everything that you have to do as one big thing, but break it down. "Hooray! I made it through one class" instead of "Ugh, I still have alllll these other classes and people, etc" Also, creating small doodles throughout the day can be a good way to quickly relieve some stress.

Mostly me, I think. I am one to blame myself for things because I can't make anyone else fix a problem of mine - even if it is caused by them
