Haha thanks I'll take that as a compliment! I completely understand though, difficult to know who's serious and who isn't. The wonders of internet anonymity eh! I used to be a bit shy and unsure with online gaming and forums but I would like to be involved in a community and EMC seems like exactly what I was looking for! How long have you been on EMC? Any word of wisdom you can pass on?
I joined the forum on January 5th, 2013, and have been the person with the most posts since... long ago. xD
Hm, something I'd recommend is checking out people's profile pages from time to time: there is some nice personal interaction to be had there, feeling cosier than a forum thread yet more approachable than a pm. :)
I don't know too much about the game anymore, though... I played EMC mostly in 2013, and a little bit in 2014 and 2015... I kind of stopped playing Minecraft over 5 years ago. ;) I guess it's the community which makes it so that this is still my main forum. :) (I'm active on a handful of others, but not with thousands of posts under my name ;))
Thanks for the advice, it's much appreciated. Yeah I probably stopped playing around the same time as you I think, around 2014. I was mainly intrigued to see how the game had developed since then, mostly it has stayed the same. It's fantastic that you still have the benefits of being in a community without having to play the game, it's a powerful thing :)
